On the occasion of World Leprosy Day, Tamil Nadu Government Health and Family Welfare Department conducted “Sparsh Leprosy Awareness Programme” on 3rd February 2023, Thiru. M. Subramaniam, Honorable Minister for Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare appreciated the involvement of Damien Foundation India Trust and awarded for its exemplary services for persons affected by leprosy.
Damien Foundation India Trust Received Prestigious Award from the Government of Tamil Nadu on 1st July 2022 for TB control and nutritional support activities during Covid Pandemic. Award was presented by the Health Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. Ma. Subramaniam and presided by Mr. MK. Stalin, Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.ip.
Damien Foundation received Best Performance Award 2019 for TB services for NGO in Nellore district. Mr. Nabi Thyagarajan, Project Holder DFIT Nellore, received the award from Ms.Sadhana, Joint Collector II, during the occasion held at ACSR Medical College Hospital, Nellore on 24/03/2019.

Swami Vivekananda Integrated Rural Health Centre supported by Damien Foundation India Trust Chennai was declared by the best ICTC and Link ART Centre for the year 2019.
