I am earning a very good income from the Band Baja party

I am Ashok Ram, I am from Rothas District of Bihar. I want to share with you my happiness. My full body became blackish with swelling, and it was getting like bubbles. I was not able to understand what type of my illness this is. I took treatment for this from many places. There was no improvement besides treatment, I thought my health condition would not improve. Some officials visited me and after seeing my condition they said it is leprosy. I boke down and was worried how would I lead my family, how and what will I do? My illness worsened. I was not able to walk properly due to ulcers in my foot. There was no proper earning proper livelihood.  Then, I came in contact with the Damien Foundation, and they encouraged me. They started MDT treatment for one year. On completion of my treatment, I underwent surgery for my foot. After that, the Damien Foundation supported me for livelihood by providing a shop. From that support, I am earning and fulfilling the needs of my family. With the earnings I have purchased musical instruments (Band Baja).  Now I am earning a very good income from the Band Baja party. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the Damien Foundation for this support.
